An interaction programme was organized on June 28, 2005 with twenty Thai Tour Operators who came here for FAM tour to share their experiences during their stay in Nepal .

Dear Baral
This was the first time I booked directly through the WEB , and I thought it's a little risky, especially when I had to send my money to Katmandu and I wend to Delhi .
In
1989 he started his career in tourism as a Front Office
Manager in a Hotel in Kathmandu. In 1994 he joined Himalayan
Sherpa Europe as part timer in the reservation department.
He started working full time for this company in 1995
and led tours to entire India, Nepal and Pakistan. In
this company he became planning executive later on.
Baral, born in Pokhara (West Nepal), is a Master's degree
holder in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan
University of Nepal and also completed Tour Guide training
from Hotel Management and Tourism Training Centre, Kathmandu.
Baral has travelled to Germany, Belgium, Holland, Japan,
Pakistan and India.He speaks English, German and Japanese.
In "Plan Holidays" Baral basically looks after
marketing and operation department and also leads tours
and trek programs often.
Da Jangbu
Sherpa - Managing Partner
Born in 1970, in Chaurikharka village of
Solukhumbu,
he has a long experience in trekking operation. He started
his career as trekking guide and reached to the Managerial
Level. He worked with Himalayan Sherpa Nepal and Sherpa-Swiss
adventures in different span of time. Da Jangbu has led
tours and treks to entire Nepal and India. He has travelled
to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan,
Pakistan and China in the course of tour arrangement
He studied commerce and followed various trekking and
mountaineering related training. He has also the knowledge
of airlines reservation system in computer. He is basically
responsible for trekking and mountaineering division of
the company.
Bishnu Acharya-
Manager Tours
Bishnu has recently joined the team of Plan
Holidays as Manager Tours. He has the experience of more
than a decade in wildlife tourism. A commerce graduate,
Bishnu has led several tours and treks to entire Nepal
and Sikkim
Lila joined "Plan Holidays" in
1998 and has a long experience as trekking & mountaineering
guide in Nepal and the Indian Himalayas. He is recognized
and licensed as Sirdar by the Nepal Mountaineering Association.
He has led several groups to the top of 7.000 and 8.000m
peaks.
Ang Kami Sherpa
- Sirdar
He is born and brought up in the Everest
region where trekking and climbing is part of daily life.
Ang Kami has experience of more than 15 years as a trekking
& mountaineering guide in the Nepalese Himalayas.
He is recognized and licensed as Sirdar from the Nepal
Mountaineering Association.
Srijana Shrestha-Ticketing
Officer
Srijana, a Kathmandu native, is responsible
for all air ticketing division of "Plan Holidays".
She is trained in air ticketing from National Institute
of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Kathmandu and equipped
with computerized reservation systems of airlines.

Accountant
Dev Raj is a commerce graduate and takes
care of book keeping and accountancy works.
Devendra Thapa-Assistant
Accountant
He is a commerce student and takes care
of book keeping and accountancy works.
Sanjeep Shrestha
- Trekking Guide
Sanjeep, a young and enthusiastic trekking
guide is trained by National Academy of Tourism and Hospitality
Management, Kathmandu. Sanjeep has trekked entire trekking
routes of Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Dhaulagiri and
Mustang.
Guides and

Nima Dorjee, Kazi, Nima Temba, Pasang, Karsang
and Nagendra, all are young, energetic and experienced.
