Beware of altitude sickness, as there are many ups and
downs; more over the pre-monsoon so you must be prepared
for this to be the most difficult segment of your trek.

Day 1
Flight from Kathmandu-Thumlingtar
(460m).
Day 2
Thumlingtar-Khandbari (1030m) -
2 1/2 hours.
Day 3
Khandbari-Mure (1990m)-Sedua (1510m)
- 6 hours.
Day 4
Sedua-Naba Gaon-Tashi Gaon (2200m)-
4 1/2 hours.
Day 5
Tashi Gaon-Unshisa-Kauma Danda (3470m)
- 5 hours.
Day 6
Kauma Danda-Shipton La (4127m)-Mumbuk
(3500m.) - 6 hours.
