Between Kathmandu and Pokhara are three major groups of peaks: Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Manaslu and Himal Chuli and large Annazpurna Himal. This trek is recommended by many trekkers through it is not as Annapurna and Everest. It is famous for Tamang culture, spectacular views of mountains, rhododendron forest and it is a convenient distance from Kathmandu.

Day 01: Kathmandu- Trishuli
We drive to Trishuli in the morning and have lunch near the Trishuli Electricity dam. After lunch we walk for about 3 hours to Salangkhu Khola and over night camp.

Day 02: Salankhu Khola to Balche Village

An easy walk and then a short climb take us to Kalawale village for lunch. After lunch we proceed to the big Tamang village of Balche for our overnight at Balche village.

Day 03: Balche Village to Gonga

An easy walk and then a short climb take us to Kalawale village for lunch. After lunch we proceed to the big Tamang village of Balche for our overnight at Balche village.

Day 04: Gonga to Singla

We talk an easy walk from Balche village though a forest and camp with the peaks of Langtang Lirung and Gosainkunda in good view. Overnight at Gonga.

Day 05: Rest day at singla (4,600mt.)


Day 06: Singla to Pangsang

We walk up the singla hill followi8ng small trails to Pangsung for our overnight camp. The view form here is spectacular.

Day 07: Pangsang to Shomthang

We follow the ridge for our campsite of the Shomthang. This gives us a close up view of Ganesh Himal.

Day 08: Shamthung to Jogeshwarkund Lake

Now undertake a gradual climb for the day to reach our campsite at Jogeshwalrund Lake. Sometimes Shamthung to Jogswarkund Lake is not is possible due to army training

Day 09: Rest day at Jogeshwarkund Lak

Interested people can do rock and peak climbing above 5000m. this day.

Day 10: Lake to Lingu Khola

Today we start our descent to Linju Khola for our next camp.

Day 11: Linju Khola to sethung Village

This day, we walk down through pine and rhododendron forests to Sherthung village and set up camp with good views of mountains all around. Shertung is a Tamang Village.

Day 12: Serthung village to Laba

A short flat trail and then a gradual decent passing though Barang village followed by crossing the Akhu Khola takes us to Laba, a big Tamang village.

Day 13: Laba to Mongeythanti

A slight climb to cross a hill and then descend through the forest to camp up the Mongeythanti.

Day 14: Mongeythanti to Dumchet village

A gradual walk down through forests with lunch by a stream brings us to our campout Dumchet Village.

Day 15: Dumchet village to Budigandaki

We take gradual walk today to Baseri and camp near the Budigandaki river.

Day 16: Budiagandaki to Aroghat Bazar (This is part of Manaslu trek)

We walk along the bank of Buddhigandaki River and stop at Aroghat Bazar for the night. We camp near teashops and Police station.

Day 17: Aroghat Bazar to Khanchowk Danra

We gradually climb the Khanchowk danra crossing the Mukti khola and camp for the night.

Day 18: Kanchowk Danra to Gorkha

We cross a ridge today and walk gradually up hill to Gorkha, camping near the old place.

Day 19: Gorkha to Kathmandu

We have a sight seeing tour of Gorkha Place, the palace of the king Prithivi Narayan Shah who united Nepal in 1779 A.D. and visit the Bazaar and then drive back to Kathmandu by private coach.
