This is a long, arduous, trekking course which, after you cross the ridge out of Dharan Bazar and Descend to the subtropical area of the Arun river, take you to the ranges surrounding the three great in the remote interior Via a 4000m. High Mountain passes. Beyound khandbari there are no hotels, so camping equipment and food supplies- as well as Sherpa – are indispensable. Beware of altitude sickness, as there are many ups and downs; more over the pre-monsoon so you must be prepared for this to be the most difficult segment of your trek.
