Day 01: Katmandu – Syabrubensi By private bus/ mini bus to Syabrubensi via Trishuli Bazaar. Pack lunch on the way. Camp at Syabrubensi.

Day 02: Syabrubensi – Khanjung – Syarpagaon

After a trek of about one-hour from Syabrubensi the small village of Wangal is reached. From here the trail branches off straight eastward to Rasuwa Ghari. From Wangal there is a steep climb to Khanjung village. In the village there is a good camping site. From there, after ½ hr climb a small village is reached, known as Surka. The climb is steep for hours Through thick forest and from there the trail continues straight but not steep. From here, after a gentle descent for nearly 3 hr., Syarpagoan (8200ft.) is reached.

Day 03: Syarpagoan – Lama hotel – Langtang Valley

From Syarpagoan, the trail then traverses up and down through the forest and Ghoratabela (9800ft) is reached with in 5 hr. From there, again a short climb for 1 ½ hr. will bring you to pass to the right of where the Langtang valley begins.

Day 04: Langtang Valley – Kyangjing Gompa

From the pass, after trekking for nearly 3 hr. Langtang village 11,200 ft. is reached. From Langtang there is a gentle ascent for 4 hr. to Kyangjing Gompa.

Day 05: Kyangjing Gompa – Yala Cheese factory – Langtang

After visiting Kyangjing Monastery, an excellent look – out can be reached by climbing the slopes immediately behind the Kyangjing Gompa. A visit to Yala Cheese factory 15800ft.     beyond yala is worthwhile.

Day 06: Langtang Valley

Explore Langtang Valley, just near by your camp there is one nice 5500m Yala peak, if     you are interested, it is possible to climb that peak. It requires 2 days expeditions involving glacier climbing and high camp on a saddle above the trail near Nubama Dhang.

Day 07: Kyanjin Gomp - Langshisa Kharka (4100m)
-5 to 6 hours start trek on non tourist area. Langshisa Kharka is situated at the height of 4100m. It will take about 5 to 6 hours to arrive here from Kyanjin Gompa. Overnight on tent

Day 08: Langshisa Khara - Moraine Camp (4650m)

-5 to 6 hours Trek to Moraine Camp at the height of 4650m through the high alpine vegetations overnight at camp.

Day 09: Moraine Camp - Tilman Pass Base Camp via Tilaman Pass (5320m) -6 to 7 hours.

The most exciting and strenuous journey, leading towards Tilman Base Camp via Tilman, at the height of 5320m through rocky steeply. Overnight on tent.

Day 10: Tilman Base Camp - Tinpokhari (3735m) -5 to 6 hours.

Tinpokhari (three lakes), which is one of the major attractions of the Tilman Pass Trekking. The trek takes 6 hours to arrive in Tin Pokhari from Tilman Base Camp. Overnight on tent.

Day 11: Tinpokhari - Panchpokhari (4123m)

5 ½ to 6 hours Trek to tranquil Lake Panchpokhari at height of 4123m Camp at Panchpokhari

Day 12: Explore Panchpokhari
The eye-catching view, pilgrim houses and the temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Camp at Panchpokhari

Day 13: Panchpokhari - Nasimpati (3745)
5 to 6 hours Trek through rocky hills to Nasimpati enjoying the mountains view and nature beauties.

Day 14: Nasimpati - Bhangyang (3414m)

5 to 6 hours Trek through rocky hills and rhododendron forest with stunning views of mountains.

Day 15: Bhangyang - Pauwabas (3024m)

5 to 5 ½ hours. Pauwabas means a shelter for pilgrims here especially for the Panch Pokhari pilgrims. Get ready for the hot Lunch at Hille Bhanjyang with a stunning views of mountain before reaching Pauwabas.

Day 16: Pauwabas - Kharka (2855m)

5 to 6 hours. Enjoy the trek through forest trails and by wildlife spotting. The forest is lashed with rhododendron, oak, pine and juniper Day 17: Kharka - Okhreni (2043m) -4 to 5 hours Trek through dense Rhododendron and pine forest downhill to the Okhreni. Wild animals like mountain deer, langur monkeys and some birds can observe with great views of the mountains.

Day 18: Okhreni - Chautara (1235m)

5 to 6 hours A gradual walk downhill to reach Chautara through small villagesconsist of different ethnic groups live side by side. Camp at Chautara bazzar

Day 19:
Drive back from Chutara to Kathmandu -4 to 5 hours stay at hotel

Day 20:
Free day in Kathmandu
