| Tax Clearance |
| We have maintained very transparent books of account for which a qualified professional has been hired. A government approved tax auditor prepares the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet at the end of each fiscal year. On the basis of which, we pay 10% of profit to the government. Until now, we have cleared all the taxes and also paid advance tax for the running year. |

| Staffs are well paid |
All of our staffs are well paid. Other incentives and facilities are: one month paid holiday in a year, Dashain Festival allowances, Tour allowance and provident fund deduction.

| Guarantors and Bankers |
Nabil Bank Ltd and Bank of Kathmandu, the leading banks of Nepal are our guarantors. As per the existing rules and regulation,we have maintained a guarantee of a bulk amount in these banks for any kinds of claims of refund or compensation from our clients. So, the money you pay us for your trip is always safe with us.
When you feel that we did not provide you the services as on agreement or you feel that you are cheated by us, you can complain against us to the Joint-Secretaryl, Tousim Administration Division,(Tel: +977-1-247037, 247039, Fax: 227281 E-mail: tourism@mos.com.np. When your complain is justified, the authority of tourism will order us to compensate you. When the company is financially in weak position, the department of tourism will recover it from our guarantor bank. |
